Terms of Use

GLOBUS is a free online strategy game. By creating an account or playing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

1. Who may play

You must be at least 16 years old to have an account. One person may hold one account only. Sharing an account, or playing on someone else's account, is not allowed.

2. Your account

Choose a password you do not use anywhere else, and keep it to yourself. You are responsible for what happens through your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else got into it.

Your username and what you write in the game (articles, comments, messages, party and company names) are visible to other players. Do not put personal details of your own, or of anyone else, into them.

3. Fair play

These are not allowed, and an account that does them may be suspended or closed:

Bots, scripts, automation, or any tool that plays for you.
Using bugs, errors or unintended behaviour instead of reporting them.
Extra accounts ("multis"), or passing goods and money between accounts held by the same person.
Attacking the service: breaking in, flooding it with requests, or trying to reach other players' data.
Threats, harassment, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, spam, scams, or content that breaks the law.
Selling, buying or trading accounts, in-game items or in-game money for real money or anything of real value.

4. Things inside the game

Gold, money, companies, gear and every other item in GLOBUS are part of the game only. They have no real-world value, you do not own them, and they cannot be exchanged for money. We may change, reset or remove them as the game develops, and the game itself may change or close at any time.

5. What you write

You keep the rights to what you write, and you give us permission to show it inside the game. We may remove content that breaks these terms, and we may suspend the account that posted it.

6. The game is provided as it is

GLOBUS is offered free and "as is", without any warranty. We do not promise that it will always be available, that progress will never be lost, or that it will be free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any damage arising from using the game.

7. Ending an account

You can stop playing at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to globusgames.official@gmail.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and may keep basic records where the law requires it.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will show a notice in the game. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new version.

9. Law

These terms follow the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo have jurisdiction.
